Truzzi shirts available in 37 sleeve?

Any Truzzi experts that might know if Truzzi's are available in a 16.5 with a 37" sleeve?

Except for custom, I don't think that combo exists. I wear a 16.5x35 (US) and a standard 16.5/42 Euro in Truzzi and others. That 42 cm measures about a 35" US length, even though they quote a 36+ inch length, but in no way is it equal to our 36" sleeve. Once again, Euro measurements are confusing to say the least.

I'm sure there are others on here who are peddling Truzzis who might speak to your question more definitively, but I believe the answer is "no", even though they quote a near-37" figure--they measure differently. (FWIW, our measurement is taken from the center yoke seam, across the shoulder and down to the cuff, over a raised, BENT elbow.)
