Are they worth more with dog slobber?
Not sure if you're fawning over the puppies or the truffles.
the place we stayed at in Beaune had truffle sniffers. They were good dogs.
I would make a good truffle sniffer.
How do you prepare truffled puppy? Do you roast or saute the puppy? Do you have any pics of what it looks like when it's plated? I checked the supply, and all I have is a one year old black lab, do you think that would work for truffled puppy or is she probably past her prime?
I've heard raw dog is the best. So probably raw.
I would imagine that has the best mouthfeel. You're probably right.
