It features full canvas construction. Made in Italy to the highest standards. A luxurious sportcoat with superior hand-stitching details. A true Neapolitan masterpiece. Keep in mind that this is a recent model, from 2015. Many of the Partenopea jackets currently listed on eBay are 10 year old jackets that have outdated styling (often unattractive 3 button configuration), from before the time when Partenopea updated its jacket cuts. It is tagged a 44L US / 54L EU, but it runs slim and fits like a true 42L US / 52L EU. (See measurements below, a 22.25 inch chest and a 18.75 shoulder corresponds with a size 42 jacket. Please read the measurements carefully. Returns will not be accepted) The quality of the 73% WOOL, 22% SILK, 5% CASHMERE blend fabric on this sportcoat is superb. (Please note the international textile codes in the picture of the interior garment tag below---WO denotes wool, WS denotes cashmere, and SE denotes silk) The fabric is extremely soft to the touch and drapes very well. The weave can be described as herringbone. The colors of the threads are medium blue, navy and white. It appears medium blue or "Air Force Blue" when viewed from afar. Great color! Looks excellent with grey or tan pants. Sartoria Partenopea sources fabrics from some of the best mills in the world for its sportcoats. This sportcoat is no exception. It would make an excellent addition to any closet. Please note that the fabric has a "slubby" / variegated texture to it. This is an intentional sartorial detail that the manufacturer put into the fabric. These slubby "knots" are not imperfections. Many high-end sportcoat connesieurs appreciate this detail.
