He looks good, and the suit definitely fits his frame. The peak lapels are a sharp touch.

I agree that a different tie would look better, maybe a dark subdued pattern. However, that wouldn't really go with the whole pro-sports aesthetic of dressing, so just look at the tie as a nod to the 6-button mustard yellow suits and matching bright ties and pocket squares.

Eh, it doesn't matter what your profession is. It still would've looked ten times better with a linen square and say... a white-on-black polka dot tie.

I agree that, compared to the other athletes, he's got a good sartorial foundation.

Totally dig the peaked lapel.
Hate the slanted/hacking pockets.
Abhor the tie.

I hope all the guaranteed big bucks he'll be making in the near future will allow him to develop his taste.

Peaked lapels and hacking pockets are a sign of good taste already, if you ask me.

Guys, it's an ohio state colored tie...you've got to give him a pass on that one...(even if it is atrocious)

looks better in the NY Times pic. But perhaps there should be a different category altogether for men of his frame and proportions. And he's only 22 years old! Not bad, not bad at all, sez I.

If it weren't poking out, the collar would be okay. The fade pattern on the tie is the worst thing. Compared to his peers, "terrific" is not overstatement.
