Gentlemen,

This is my first thread on SF. I've been inspired to purchase a few pairs of trousers after looking through all of the pictures posted in the Alden thread. I mostly wear Bonobos' chinos to work (teacher), but would like to add a few pairs of trousers that have a little bit of texture to them. I really like the look of the flannel trousers that are featured on Epaulet's site. Do you all happen to have any other recommendations for me? I generally tend to gravitate towards pants that are grey or blue.

Thank you!

If not flannel, try gabardine or tropical weight worsted wool for the warmer months. Check stores like OConnells, J Press, or Brooks Brothers. Plain navy trousers are traditionally part of suits, though. Consider olive or light/medium brown in addition to your preferred grey color.
