Trocas buttons

    I am going to be placing my first order from jantzen's and was looking at the buttons and was wondering what trocas buttons are? I've seen them mentioned here a few times but am unsure of what that means.

    It's a type of shell. Less lustrous than MOP and generally considered less desirable on this board.

    Trocas buttons are the little round thingies with four holes and some thread which go through the slits on the other side of the shirt and hold it closed.
