Hello styleforum readers, I have searched online for triple leather outsole in Bluchers / Imperials / Derby made in the US. I have not find any domestic manufacturer. Any thought? My local cobbler repaired my Florsheim Royal Imperial V-Cleat and added a 3rd leather outsole.

Regards,

Is there a reason you would want a triple outsole? Wouldn't these be clunky and hard to flex and break in?

Yes, it would be. On the flip side, not sure I can articulate it in words, but it feels better to walk on them. The Florsheim imperial V Cleats felt good before, but now its great and they should last even longer.
