Stitching on Sugarcane Okinawas (9 months old, washed three times) is coming undone.... Trim it off or just leave it hanging?

It's a loose thread, trim it.

I'd stitch it down with a contrast pick stitch.

Snip it. Then wait to see if the rest of the pocket stitching wants to unravel, then go to the tailor.

i'd trim it so it doesn't get snagged and pull out more stitching.

Actually, you probably would find the fade a bit disappointing.... It's pretty moderate at this point.... The denim smurfed really badly at the beginning and I think I may have reacted by cold water soaking too much indigo out of them. Anyway, they still look good thanks to the great texture of the denim and the fit. Plus I'm getting a bit tired of really aggressive fades anyway.

Everyone's a bit tired of them, to be quite frank. No reason why every pair of jeans has to be super-whiskered and faded to hell. That's what they're supposed to look like after a couple years. Those who don't want to wait do the hard wear, and it still looks good...

but there's nothing wrong with a subtly-faded pair of jeans. Especially ones from the likes of Canes.
