Trench coat with hood?

I was watching Jeremy Brett playing Sherlock Holmes on DVD last night, and he was wearing a long trench coat with a hood.

This seems eminently practical. Does anyone know where I might find a coat like this?

Perhaps in more country associated or hunting associated mens outfitters. Otherwise, I do believe it would have to be bespoke.
