According to the current OED, these days either is right. The comma is more important in defining the meaning.

I just saw a thread in Squirrel that linked to some extremely extremely nsfw content, so would like to remind the board that linking to such matter is completely completely not appropriate.

There is no joke funny enough to justify links to hardcore Appreciation, and this has been mentioned several times by mods in the past.

Personally, I thought the person responsible (who has been warned) was lucky to dodge some time in the hole for it. I seriously doubt his luck will carry to the next person who tries it.

It's correct but its usage is awkward. It is usually recommended that "which" be employed only for non-restrictive clauses. Cars which make Al Gore wet is restrictive so "that" is more appropriate.
