I made this suggestion almost a year ago. I also like the suggestion, made somewhere in this thread, that new members be prohibited from including hyperlinks in their posts.

That won't stop them though. They're all or mostly robots and they assume their links will always show. Just because SF doesn't show links doesn't mean the rest of the internet won't. They need to be prevented from posting altogether.
