1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Fok on behalf of the entire Styleforum team

Why hasn't Labelking been banned yet?

    He is a StyleForum icon.

To be honest, I don't have enough interaction with him to call for his banning, but that "boys" thread in DT is creeeeeeepy.

I know we just met and all, but I think it's safe to assume that you, sir, are no Davie Bowie.

The fact that the Boys thread got dangerously sexy so quickly only speaks to the inherent immorality of homosexuality and all its wide-stances.[IMG]

Foul play by ElGay LK. He already has a "What Kind of Homosexual are you into?" thread, so how was that other thread supposed to be taken?

I'd like to suggest the custom member title of Belgian for Pennglock.

Excellent! I was originally thinking Belgian Waffle based on the thread title but decided against it as it didn't seem quite "there".

    The "r" makes it though.

I have given up trying to psychoanalyze the fran. Now I just think "honky, please."

LK's schtick is silly and a tad creepy, but Conne's most recent dumb threak joking about a serial rapist of old women crosses a line.

My thoughts exactly. Conne, get a grip while you still can.

I have met the one called LabelKing. He is like a cross between a bond villain and Tony Curtis in Some Like it Hot when he's pretending to be Shell Oil Junior:

I think that the personal attacks on Pennglock (sp?) have gone to far. The ignorance went to far in his thread and now are spilling into other threads.

What is the Paypal address of Styleforum in case one wants to make a donation

I too have a thread going to benefit either SF or its other interests.

    Mods/J/LA Guy/ETC>

In the wake of the Haiti disaster, I wanted to leave it to ya'll to decide where the dough goes.
I can either send it to you guys, donate it on behalf of the forum, or any other variation therein.

Basically 50% of sales starting yesterday in THIS thread and 1 item has sold thus far. so the grand total is $28 to date....( but there will be more [IMG] )

    Please advise.

Thanks for all of your efforts on keeping this place amazingly addictive. [IMG]

Oh, and one more thing-- questions on the pinned threads option -
    -who to contact,
    -how payment works,
-Is there a line in MC now? How does the queue work?

I looked in the pinned thread about pinned threads and was left with these questions.

    cheers,

    FS
