1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Fok on behalf of the entire Styleforum team

Why was EL72's remark to iammatt's post in the Gainesville meet thread deleted. It was funny as hell, probably the funniest post so far this year.
    Mine was also deleted.

Same reason. However, I read your post, and it was not as funny.

I'd be afraid of the douche prison showers if I were you, and not just because of the double entendre.

One member has been timed out already for continually making snide remarks. Styleforum is neutral ground. It's not that hard to avoid posters you dislike. If you can't resist yourself, you will find yourself gone. The FNB vs. AAAC stuff is getting tiresome and is corrosive to the atmosphere at Styleforum. Take the petty little jabs elsewhere. This goes for everyone, on either side. Long time members on either side have been getting a bit of a free ride, but the ride has ended.

    Thanks for understanding all.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Cute reference [IMG] LK will be back in a week. His constant potshots at Alex Kabbaz in various threads were not appreciated. If he has a grievance with Alex or AAAC, Styleforum is not the proper venue in which to air it. This has been pointed out to all members time and time again.

Did the forum logo get a slight facelift?

Or have I never really looked at it before?

    I mean... really looked. [IMG]

I switched it out for the original one. I was getting sick of it. There will be a new new one soon though anyway.

Any other surprises coming? A new sub-forum with nude pics of Slim?

Yeesh. Uh, let's see... new server, new logo/look, new version of vBulletin, and I am seriously considering instituting something like the 'gutter' forum to try and get discussion a little more back on track.

You should call it the "Frat House".
