Training shoes & Clothes.

I have been going to the gym for a while now and I feel it's time to get proper training shoes and clothes. I'm looking for something light in shorts and shirts (that wont get so sweaty)

My options that I was thinking about are:

- Under Armour shorts & t-shirt
- Shoes: ASICS, GEL PULSE 3 M

If you have any tip that might be better, please share!

Personally I really like the Nike Dri-Fit stuff and that is all I wear to the gym anymore.

Also, as silly as I thought they were at first, the Nike performance socks that are designed to be worn on specific feet (Left and Right) are actually very comfortable and I wouldn't return to generic socks again.

I also discovered this weekend that Lululemon will actually hem workout pants to the right length for you, so if you're tall like me and have trouble finding workout pants that are long enough, this would be a good option.

Does nike dri-fit have same fit as under armour? Because the t-shirts are so light and fits very nice. If I would waste my time to try out nike aswell.

I've been a huge nike dri-fit proponent for years, but recently my buddy gave me some under armour gym clothes as a b-day present, and I haven't looked back. It fits better, and the quality is far more superior.

As for shoes, it all depends on what kind of workouts you are doing. I tend to enjoy long 10+ mile runs outdoors, and I love New Balance sneakers. If I'm just lifting weights and doing light cross-training exercises at my gym, then my Nike's or Adidas (which doesn't offer too much support) will suffice.

I felt that too when I tried on under armour t-shirt. So light and it had a perfect fit. Well I dont run so much at the gym, maybe train the legs little with weight but that's it. But I train my back sometimes and good shoes is to have so my feet wont hurt.

I looked closer at nike luna, but dont know really. Asics feel safe but I dont even know if they are good (just heard that they make great training shoes)
