It would be a crime to exclude the mallards.

We will use the Streetwear Peasant contests as precedent.

Each outfit is an entry, not the sum of an entire individual's outfits.

You have a lot of leeway here. A great photo of a decent outfit may be judged better than a bad photo of a great outfit. I'd say that photos of the clothes unworn qualifies as bad.

I will post up todays rather tradly outfit in a moment when my camera battery is done charging. I think country of origin should definitely come into play in this contest

Everybody knows American made clothes are the tradliest, Europeans be damned.

EDIT: every article of clothing in my original post is american-made except the tie.

Hey, what happened to the 'no digging up old photos' rule? I'm working on fresh stuff out here!

Is a salmon-pink shirt tradly if it got that way by starting out its life as a white shirt and then being mixed with a red shirt at the cleaners?

Pretty good overall, but some glaring errors:

1.The cap is incredibly non trad, unless you're golfing
2.A madras tie would have been one thing, but a patch madras tie to me suggests a whiff of irony, which is of course the least tradly thing in the world
3.A Trad should never be seen with girls. He must consort solely late-middle-aged women, unless of course he is in the midst of an asignation
4. As someone else pointed out, no points for bourbon. A Southern Trad would drink a julep, a Northern Trad a Long Island iced tea.

I've always considered the G&T a more British, or perhpas Commonwealth, drink.

I really like this, as it references "trad" items without being a paint by numbers approach with the "right brands". IMO, if this style of dressing is going to have any legs, it'll be with an approach like ^^^^, as it takes into account the wearer's personality rather than just being a staid reinterpretation of a JPress catalog image. And I doubt SoCal goes around consciously being "trad" knowing he dressed up in such manner, but in a Tao te Ching kinda way, he just is (at least with an outfit like that) in his own way.
