Here is an iOS mobile app called Aotol Page Monitor ( https://itunes.apple.com/app/aotol-page-monitor/id1149630337?mt=8 ) you may interested that helps you with monitoring web page content change such as the current forum you are looking at. It notifies you when the web page is changed in real-time, and also highlights the changes for you in colour.
