Hi all,
I purchased some shirts from the UK from an eBay seller 3 weeks ago. No sign of the shirts. The seller is telling me that he cant track them so I need to find out what happened. His guess is that it got stuck in customs. Any idea where to go/what to do to try and track down this package? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Philo

Give it some time. Assuming they've been sent, they're likely still in transit via a boat or in stuck customs (due to increased security screening there is a backlog of packages going into the U.S.).
