I am looking for high quality bath towels. Soft, absorbent and will not become grungy after a few months. I have read elsewhere that Martex is a good brand but would welcome people's thoughts and recommendations.

Look online for a "Hammacher Schlemmer" catalog.

They have two weights of Turkish cotton towels. 800 grams and 900 grams. I have been using the 800 gram towels and they are way better than anything else I have found. Quality is exceptional and the price is reasonable.

I like the $7 bath towels at Costco. I think the softest ones are beige and from Martex. Best I have found and have held up well in multiple washings.

Despos has a nice choice as well but at $35 it is a nice luxury.

Who is qualified do this, or should we just add it on to the Crittendon jacket review?

I'm another fan of traditional Turkish towels. Love them!

Most people on this forum seek quality in clothing, why not in towels
