I've been looking for a nice totebag of leather on a budget of 360 euros. Just big enough to carry around daily stuff; a towel, a t-shirt, bottle of water and such.

Most that I find have a long handle which makes them pretty feminine... I'm thinking:
Brown leather
Short handle
Quality zipper
If any brass, then solid
Preferably some protection underneath

The only one I've been able to find is this:
www.careofcarl.dk/dk/artiklar/oscar-jacobson-leather-totebag-midbrown-.html

It has brown leather, a short handle, but no protection underneath, unknown zipper, unknown hardware.

Does anyone have knowledge of the quality of Oscar Jacobson? Any alternatives to this totebag or simply links to shops within the EU that might have alternatives?

I think a leather tote bag is always going to have a slight feminine quality. Some guys feel that tote bags in general are feminine, and leather just pushes it closer to a purse. I use tote bags and don't mind the associations, but I think you have to be aware of how they're popularly perceived.

For a brown leather, short-handled leather tote that's a little further away from being "feminine," you could try a vintage LL Bean tote. I don't know if they make these anymore, but it's not hard to find used ones on the second hand market. It's a bit rugged, maybe too rugged with tailored clothing, but good with casualwear and especially workwear.

For something with a zipper and you can use with tailoring, there's Frank Clegg. They also have a non-zippered version

I have only one and it is on the rugged side. What dieworkwear said applies. Got a few jabs from co-workers who wondered "if they made one for men." But that's about it. I really could not care less now.
