Irish: Jameson 18, or Knappogue '51
Cognac: Another there are soooo many.
Rye: Old Potrero

For vodka you really want to try Hammer and sickle

Plus one on Hendricks for gin. It really made me like Gin & tonics again.

Rum: El Dorado 15, Zacapa 23, Diplomatico Exclusiva Reserva 12

YES! I am absolutely hooked on this stuff. If you don't consider it too girly, you guys should try all of their flavored vodkas; they blow all of the other brands out of the water.

I like it because it's different from all the other flavored vodkas out there. It makes me happy to drink something that smells so damn good!
