Gin: Junipero or Martin Miller
Rum: Zacapa 23
Irish: Jameson 18, or Knappogue '51
Cognac: Another there are soooo many.

For vodka you really want to try Hammer and sickle

Plus one on Hendricks for gin. It really made me like Gin & tonics again.

Their mandarin blossom vodka is my favorite of the flavored ones.

Funny, that one is definitely my favorite flavor as well. I do like all of them, though.

I like it because it's different from all the other flavored vodkas out there. It makes me happy to drink something that smells so damn good!
