Kevin or Brian from Vegas would be mine if I could have any. I'd probably take Dale from All Stars. I think Richard is probably the most talented though.

And LOL at Angelo's crocodile thing. What the hell was that.

I'd pick Antonia. Cooks well, smokes up, and isn't too shabby looking.

He really thought he was doing something creative...other than creative speeling (sic).

I would pick Marcelle just so I could endlessly mock him.

He's severely retarded from a social standpoint. It would be too easy, like beating a crippled kid in basketball. As the above poster indicated, I'd go with Ginger Kevin or Carla.

If it was for realz I'd probably go Kevin. His love of pork would be the reason.

I'm a pork guy as well, so would probably go with Kevin. Although Hung would be fun to watch cooking up a storm (as long as he doesn't serve the Smurf Village) [IMG]

just got around to watching it on dvr.
    1) there must have been something else going on in that risotto, because risotto consistency varies regionally (they even use different rices) ... in Venice they like it very soupy, the further west you get they like it stiffer ... unless it was REALLY starchy and stiff. i'm sure tom knows this ... could be they cut the more extended explanation for time and they didn't think it was important (editors!).
    2) there is no way mike should have stayed. in the first place, making rigatoni fresh from one of those extruders? that's something i'd expect from a bad housewife. rigatoni is a dried shape ... should be made only with water and semolina ... you really need a factory machine to extrude that and even then the drying of it is part of the art. plus, he didn't even cook it completely! WTF?

I might be jaded but I really think the decisions are often fueled by personality. As I said earlier, the big personalities often seem to last longer than their cooking skill would merit. Now that Marcelle was axed they need to keep some big personalities until near the end.
