It's overdone now, but when it first came out the post-credit part of Ferris Beuller's Day Off was genius.

As for actual movie endings...I'll have to give that more thought.

Baron's are all great.

The original ending of The Exorcist is great as well, especially the shock cut to the title card and the turbulent, dissonant string quartet music.

I've only seen the 1992 director's cut instead of the "definitive cut" that came out in the past two year or so. The movie is obviously worth checking out again. I've got the definitive cut in the cue and will watch it one of these days.
