Toolhaus.org Blocked

eBay has shown its ugly side again. The highly useful Toolhaus.org feedback service has been blocked by eBay. I received this message the last time I tried to use it:

Error: eBay has blocked access to feedback. Toolhaus is unable to obtain information which is available only to registered eBay users. We're not happy about this.

It works for me too! Maybe there's a problem with the OPs computer or Ebay account.

Toolhouse.org is a great Ebay tool and I recommend it to all.

What's with the claim that feedback is available only to registered members? Can't anyone see it? I just logged out of my eBay account and can still view others' feedback.

It has to do with the acount that you are looking up.

Sartorial Solutions is now not a registered account and here is what you get:

Here's a Toolhaus report for World Class Consignment:

If you are looking up a registered account, Toolhaus works fine. But if the account that you are looking up is no longer registered, then you get the message:

"Error: eBay has blocked access to feedback. Toolhaus is unable to obtain information which is available only to registered eBay users. We're not happy about this."

Strange, it's been working for me (at least for registered accounts!), till now.

But now, I just tried it for registered accounts and I now get the error message too!

Maybe Manton broke Toolhaus.org

I have never used this service, but if you want to see someone's feedback, why can't you just look it up on eBay?
