Hey guys bumped into these at SaksOff5th. A quick Google search turned up no info. Is this a collaboration or a factory mistake?

Is it possible some enterprising consumer bought a pair of Tom Ford jeans, and returned them back to Saks but swapped out with a pair of Eleventy with a sewn on TF tag?

that's just a TF label......
I get that but why is it on the jeans lol. Also the TF hang tag looked factory attached but I could be wrong. It being at Saks made me wonder if this was some sort of collaboration.

I can't see TF putting out something so ugly. I'm going with the above theory that someone swapped tags and got one over on the person running the return desk.

most TF stuff will have TF-branded rivets, buttons, zippers etc.

most TF stuff will also have a Zegne-like label with info about material, where it was made etc.

Definitely an interesting find!

I've seen this before and it's such as scam. People used to do stuff like with at Filene's as well. These sales associates at the off priced retailers don't have the same product knowledge and training as do those at the mainline stores.
