I pass by this place everyday on my way to work, will be stopping by after work today to see if I can find anything amongst all the rubbish they usually have there.

just an fyi, stopped by today, the ties are on an end cap in the usual tie section and really the selection was not that great for the 70+ they were asking, alot of them had runs in them and most looked like something i'd find in my dad's closet. the pocket squares were a bit nicer, but saw nicer ones for less than $10. ended up getting a corneliani tie instead.

Thanks for the update. If this is the case I guess it means some of the sellers on B&S that got a new batch are really keen on getting the best stuff.

This has me worried though since I'll be in NYC for a day in late October. I'm hoping to pick up a few overcoats and ties; do I even stand a chance?

Those Corneliani ties always look nice, as do the Holiday and Brown and Zegna ones I see.

C21 always gets new things. The overcoats that they have upstairs are mostly Canali and Burberry... that is what i saw on Monday

Yes... there was one guy who purchased a basket full of the GOOD ties. He has them for sale on the B&S. Also, the ties that i saw were on that long wall of ties... all the way to the right. The last 4 or 5 feet of the WALL OF TIES.

This is the part I don't like about B&S for locals. EDit: NVM, those ties are hideous anyway.

Cashmere or not, more than $200 is too much for HF.

Right in Front (Brooks Brothers side) on a Sunday. Otherwise get ready to pay premium for a garage. At least SYMS validates.
