Hi, I have two Tom Ford suits. One is ready-to wear "BASIC BASE B" and the other is an Spencer jacket (made to misures) "BASIC BASE D". What is the difference between the two suits? There is an BASIC BASE A-B-C-D??

Base A is his main, regular cut. Base B is just as popular in the USA as Base A, it's more fitted in the waist. Some people have to go up a size in Base B, depending on how they are built. Base D is basically an unlined Base B. Base C has been pretty much discontinued in North America but is popular in Europe, it is very fitted. There is also two new bases, I have forgotten what they are, Base F and something else. One is a 70's styled cut with flaired pants but a very fitted body and the other is "mad men" styled, clothing that was worn is the movie that he made.
What size is yours and where did you purchase it? Let see some pics!

What is the model generally wears Tom Ford? Compared to my clothing lapels and shoulders are wider than built, or am I wrong?
