Okay, I purchased a Tom Ford sport coat from B&S, I'm sure some of you saw it. The sleeves came basted. Question being, how should I finish the sleeves? Non-working buttonholes, functioning with the standard 4 buttons or, 4 normal working ones, with the extra fifth button hole? Looking for answers from owners of Tom Ford preferably.

Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for the reply Spoo. I think that is what I will opt for as well.

A huge fan of your outfits, particularly your TF.
