This is a new Temple of Jawnz / John Coppidge / TOJ TOJ0 2013 Varsity, Size 46, black/black.
I bought this from someone else, who was selling it because it was too big for them. It’s too big for me too. Both of us only tried it on indoors, so, otherwise, it is completely new.
Overall, the materials and construction seem great, and I really wish the fit worked out for me, because it’s a really cool jacket.
A few details:
• I’m going to include pieces of the original seller’s listing here, since he was very thorough and detailed, and included many pictures.
• The previous seller compared the jacket with the size chart (http://johncoppidge.tumblr.com/toj02013), and found the measurements to be “within a reasonable margin,” except for the front body length, which he found to be 21.75 - 22 inches.
• I measured to do my own comparison, and also found that the front length was closer to 22”, and the sleeves closer to 26”. Otherwise, everything was pretty much aligned with the chart. Please keep in mind that these are approximate measurements.
• There are some minor wrinkles, which I’m sure can be easily removed, but I didn’t bother. Even after just trying it on a couple times, it was considerably less wrinkly from when I first received it.
• The original seller caught slight blemishes on 2 of the buttons, but they’re so minor, I honestly wouldn’t have noticed these myself.
• Yes, the leather is vein-y. It stands out in some of the pictures, but it looks much more natural in person. Regardless, the feel of the leather is still amazing.
