Great. I'll just wait for TOJ jeans. Got skulls and ps in rotation. Will kop trousers and toj1, and save up for jeans in the meantime.

ya but they kinda just said that 5 lbs should be negligible. WHen asked about 10 lbs they said that it depends on how the weight is allocated sooooo...

However based on the ratio thingy my pit to pit is already a "relaxed, slim" fit. Of course, its a bomber so I don't want myself to grow to a point where its really too slim =/

yeah standard sizes, waist in inches - jeans as jeans. Naturally we'll probably have some popular sizes down on the low end and then fewer takers on the bigger sizes, so we'll scale out the production run accordingly and bigger sizes will be rarer (of what is already a pretty tight little size run with only a few per size, I'm thinking) - can't afford to make tons.

Quick question for you people in the know, I have a ToJ BBall jacket and was wondering if anyone knew if the fit is the same as the ToJ1? Only asking because there is a little overlap with the front of the jacket with the BBall because of the buttons while the TOJ1 is a zipper.
I like the fit of my 48 BBall but it's very slim, for the TOJ1 i would like it to be a tad roomier.
So given all this should i get a stock 48 or a shortened 50?

They're similar patterns but not the same. If you measure out the Bball and have Charly check with Dan (where the pattern is) then we can confirm which size would be better. It's pretty simple, but do some measuring of what you have in your hands.

we aren't gonna make different inseams, we aren't uniqlo here man. What we will do is probably run a 35" inseam and then I can offer people a hemming service on a Union Special if they want to wait another week or two and spend $10 extra or something. I'd have to run them out to a legit denim shop once a week or so and do that on my own in Tokyo.

If you're offering hemming, how about a little extra inseam length for us taller guys who like stacking? :smarmy:

(Unless the hem width is large enough that it won't lend itself to stacking, that is.)

35" won't stack on you, aren't you like 6'1? Dude, I think you seriously over/understimate your body sometimes...

Yeah, 6'1" and more legs than torso. 35" will definitely stack, just not maddstaxbro-level stacking, à la:

edit: for real, though, a 35" inseam as opposed to a 36" inseam won't stop me from buying a pair.

Could you do iPhone cases at some point? How much the jeans will be? I might buy a pair, especially if a hemming service is available.

Not sure if you said, but do you plan to make a pair of all black jeans?

Weather has gone to shit and classes have started which means I actually have to walk outside.

Need duffle so I can swag on the elements (the hood would be especially nice)

*kneels and prays to the temple for a tracking number soon*
