Damn, you got a size 48 with a 42 inch chest? I thought my size 48 was tight with a 39.5" chest.

It isn't anywhere close to the tightest fitting jacket I have. The taper is pretty aggressive so coupled with the fact that the armholes are in fact lower than around my armpit (the widest part of the chest + lat area) it manages to clear the 'big' area and goes mostly straight to the normally proportioned area of the torso. There's plenty of room at the midsection and waist so that I can actually breathe.

That would make sense. I have large arms, so my bomber is a bit tight for me in the biceps area. I also have wide hips, but didn't account for that from stock size, so my jacket looks and feels too tight zipped up. I'm probably going to throw it up on B&S when I get the chance to put together a listing so that I can reorder.

I just have to decide whether I want a QDR, 4-zip, MDR, or a rib-collar bomber. Decisions, decisions...

Edit: Drew wears his CWU-45 really well. The looser fit on the bomber-style jacket looks really good.

Lol, the 48 TOJ1 was too small for me with my 38.5" chest but it was mostly in the arms area, just a bit in the chest. It does seem like non-customs fit a size smaller but that's just for me. I should be a 50 in Anniversary Harrington and TOJ1, yet I'm a 47/48 in custom leathers. So weird.

    Got my tracking number Friday.

    In tracking report it says:

Handed over to customs, reason: other.

    What. The. [email protected]?

    What does that mean?

The stuff that is always on offer, black lamb, black calf, brown lamb, brown calf, maybe a couple other materials - basically the same, bought from the same exact supplier since day one.

The "retention" word that is what is frightening me. Sounds like they are holdin it indefinitely

This should be in "FAQ - things that we don't know what they mean, they just are" category - this question gets asked every 5 pages. You will get your jacket soon, this is normal.

if there were an FAQ it would mostly be things that we don't know the answer to - they just are.
