hope this comes to fruition.
A lot of them aren't made properly or with attention to detail. Mine are RM Williams in their sleekest last and look decent imo, the craftsmanship is a bonus. I wouldn't mind buying a pair of Crocket and Jones' later on though, after I finish off the suit collection and can justify it.
Also, monkey boots aren't all bad.
yes, drew, how about an all-white clown shoe?
if you make sunglasses, please use polarized lenses, or at least have that as an option.
Lotioned the VTG last night. it turned a little more tan, but somehow, I think it actually got squeakier. But I think it did made it a little softer--been wearing it at work all day without it getting in the way.
been to japan a couple of times, always noticed that their fashion trends are about 2-3 years ahead of us. just sayin'
My girlfriend's DR arrived today. Stunning. Even nicer than the men's version. Gentlemen, jump on it.
seeing as carpe diem's are actually a little more styled than most people think they are and drew has expressed little interest in going into any sort of dark "artisanal" aesthetic, I don't see why there is any reason he would change his mind now.
mind you sidezips and carpe sidezips can be pretty drastically different so i am critiquing people wanting anything "guidi" styled or carpe styled not that I wouldn't be a fan myself.
maybe he has a different outlook on his shoes than leathers but that's what I am referencing.
and razele i dont even know what to say to that... I never said it was a bad shoe just that I thought it was unlikely for it to be produced by toj.
i fell way behind in this thread, whats all the boot talk?
ToJ footwear won't be a fallacy much longer.
Drew is expanding into shoes sometime in the future
well, it might be - I got 99 suggestions so far and a shoe ain't one of them at this point
