soo... are you bringing back the baseball jacket?
don't know. we have a pretty large archive of stuff like that now, maybe there will be a TOJ (re)collection someday... I have ideas of making TOJ a bit bigger and removing some of the unsavory discussion elements, and so if TOJ does go larger, I'd probably do a huge (re)collection so that people get a chance to do one last thing before the new ship comes in....
i thought you werent trying to go bigger.........
that's what she said
It got above 70 today partially. I'm probably like you..anything under 70 will warrant sweater or jacket of some sort as I get cold easily.
I usually try to stay indoor in the summer days because it's too hot.
Damn, once the weather hits 60, shorts are coming out 'round here. Might still wear a sweatshirt/sweater/windbreaker or w/e but I guess when you have frigid winters in the midwest, we'll take the range of 65-75 any day.
Speaking of the weather, getting some good use out of my peacoat. Glad I didn't get the quilted lining, definitely warm enough by itself for this part of the Ohio winter.
What's the difference between a baseball jacket and a varsity jacket?
Drew - can you mock something like this up in the brown leather? Its perfect for south Florida (unlined and ligher weight) but I need it in a custom sizing:
shit dude im so tempted to buy that jacket in brown.
what the fuck $50 just for shipping?
GF, get a TOJ man.
MTM will fit your slim asian frame a lot better than RTW
probably true. i was hoping to just buy it and try it on. if it's not a perfect fit then i'd send it back.. but that would put me in the hole with $50 on top of return shipping.
also, haven't seen a current toj that really grabs my attention yet.
i can only wear my leathers like 6 months out of the year, even then theres some days where its too hot
its always humid as fuck here so when its like 90f out with 90% humidity you sort of die instantly in a leather
Isn't this just a basic Moto? Also, wtf is up with Neighborhood making a nylon double rider for over $1k.
its unlined and thinner i think
a lamb moto with lining would be a bit lighter feeling than that jacket, I think - the schott being unlined will work against it feeling 'cooler' I believe... a nice slick lining as in the TOJ's tends to feel cooler against skin, and then allow layers to slide in under. I think the RH/Schott is nice looking from the outside, but kind of dumb and shows why RH isn't normally in the clothing business...
love the lining on the leathers. i'm not sure if you guys watch friends, but there's an episode where ross buys leather pants.. and that's what i imagine would happen in jacket form also.
hahahaha it was worth the 5 minutes of my life to relive this.
