For the wax cotton jackets, would TOJ make something like this? I was really bored a couple days ago and drew this up.

    http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hpho...3061777132_506092131_8908550_2054089334_n.jpg

It has a removable hood. All the shaded/darkened areas would be leather while the rest would be waxed cotton.

So leather tipping on all the pockets/hood/jacket hem/sleeve ends. Kinda overkill?

Was thinking of maybe adding a drawstring at the hem with those leather tabs like on the hood but that much be too much too...

And also think three pockets in the chest area is too much. Would probably remove the two slanted pockets and keep the one middle vertical pocket or remove that one and keep the slanted ones...

    And Merry Christmas everyone!

ill tell ya if you give me a vote :D

jk, it's a custom project so your price will vary. It's a 1981 Yamaha XS650, I bought it with about 12000mi for $1200. I've put at least 4g more into it; I rebuilt the motor and did some fairly radical modifications to it, and I basically changed out everything else except the forks and frame. BTW, it's still under construction, I hope to finish the tail section within the next two weeks

dammit, still torn with indecisiveness about quilted lining on the duffle...
Boston winter, gonna wear OCBD + thin knit, maybe a Heattech. yes/no on the quilting?

i think someone mentioned that the lined sleeves on their peacoat was really slim.. drew is there an option for quilt body + cupro sleeves (like what Willy did with his WV a while back) or is that just a bad idea for the duffle

I'd be interested in knowing this too. I ordered my duffle with quilt lining because it's ridiculously cold in Milwaukee but this is an interesting idea.
