+1, exactly what I did. I really don't understand how people still mess up with measurements with that measuring guide...they spoon-feed you exactly how everything is done and people still fuck up.

Huh? You can get bespoke/MTM leather gloves by a reputable glovemaker for around $100...http://www.chesterjefferies.co.uk :foo:

These are insane. I wonder if they stock elk/deerskin leather.
    Thanks. :slayer:

I love my new TOJ 1 but I can't figure out how to wear it with anything else but a vneck t shirt. Every button down I try to wear, no matter the collar style, gets serious limp collar syndrome because of how the band collar sits. Any advice?

Even there it's collapsing the collar, looks like its buttoned all the way to the top even though it isn't

Just wondering, how heavy are the leather jackets? As in what kind of weather (temperature) is it good to wear it? Reason I ask is I'm going to be in Hong Kong and the weather there is really warm.

^ Dan of TOJ was wearing Calf Moto in the middle of Summer in Korea (low 30s C), and I am wearing my Lamb Moto in -1xC. So yeah depends on how badass you are but usually its fine all year around.

I'm going to Hong Kong over Christmas...aunt bought me a full ride so I can see family there for the first time. I'll be bringing both of my calf TOJ jackets and according to the weather network, I'll be fine. Calfs are pretty damn heavy but you'll be fine. If you have any doubts, lamb is great all around.....which is why I want one. It'll probably next on my list when I actually get a job.

    Disagree with this.
30s celsius is way too hot for calf.
I'd be tempted to say lamb too but i don't have a lamb TOJ.
They're leather jackets = spring/autumn jackets. Winter too if you live in a warmish place. Summer nights maybe.

    Honestly temperature means nothing IMO

If the humidity is low, then it should be fine, but when humidity gets high, or with a high level on the UV index, then your going to die in a leather jacket

I wear my ToJ leather (Black lamb A-2) 8-9 months of the year and that's in Brisbane, Queensland.

so drew, are you going to be offering object dyed vtg leathers?
i remember you saying that the VTG line could be object dyed--just not sure if its by you or we have to find our own.

I think he said someone could go find somebody to do it--he wasn't offering. It would add another step to the TOJ workflow, something Drew (and any sensible businessman) doesn't tend to be into.
