Sxcdesiboy, what is your name? Or are you trolling me? I am looking over my sheets and I don't see an Indian name on there that could have been waiting that long. I see a Patel on there but he's probably only been waiting 3 weeks or so, as Charly took that order.
Timmbo is at the top of the sheet (closest to ship) because he changed his order 3 or 4 weeks in, and so it's being done now.

I wasn't quite convinced by the fit either, but I thought it would be funny to share. Working it out now.

Ah, well if that's the case I'm just patiently waiting to save enough before it stops being available.

Anyway, so TOJ1's are TOJ1's, production is production as always no matter how popular certain items may be... but in other news and thoughts; (willy don't blog this to the site, just another SF musing)

been trying to enjoy a little bit of time off for myself, but that hasn't really happened. Still, I have moved house/country recently and have gotten a new perspective on things. It is a bit soon to expect many changes to manifest within me, but I am definitely feeling some creative juices flowing. Korea was deading me a lot towards the end, but I think I am feeling a bit of a fire building itself inside me again.

In my free time here I've been handling some clothes, researching things I haven't really looked at before, collecting some samples. Changing scenery, city, country, has me realizing that a) I need to change my personal style up a bit maybe, I've been doing the same thing for years now and it'd be nice to re-construct my look now that I'm in a new place... and b) that will inevitably trickle (ok, more like flood) into what I make for TOJ in the very near future. I have a lot of ideas regarding that now but that is secret and neither Dan or Charly know yet, even. I am just drawing up these clothes on my own for now. I still love leather jackets, but new stuff never hurts.

I was out tonight, walking down the street - Tokyo is not as inspiring fashion-wise as one would think, unless you're in Harajuku, but still I think I was just walking down the street alone and it came to me, this vision. It's still rough and not it's my job to fine tune it, but it was one of those moments where I saw a legitimate opening I should explore, and I think what comes next will be highly enjoyable.

Plus, I'm working on finding a way to increase the breadth of TOJ and make it official and out into the world, but I wouldn't want to do that without a real presentation to kick it off. It won't be a traditional presentation, but I have the idea already formulated for that. Now I just need to work on getting the back of the house prepared for something like that.

It's actually not so inspired by Harajuku or Tokyo, so much as just my brain spending time listening to itself all the time lately, lol. My thoughts tend to whittle away at tasks subconsciously until a solution is formulated and just appears as a ready to go package in my head - usually comes to me while I'm standing up doing the dishes or something.

In this case, it's just an idea that I want to run with, a motif. As I have been working with two primary materials - leather and wool, and that was the genesis of TOJ in the varsity jacket - much like a yin-yang fertilized seed, the wool-bodied, leather-sleeved TOJ0 grew into a tree with branches and leaves - I think I am ready to add new materials to the mix, as a main basis.

Did Woodyear get banned and come back again to troll me? You can't make a SN like 'desiboy' and then have me go look at my sheet and not find any Indian names on there.
