    VW GTI....

actually i didn't get to see the Focus ST at the Anaheim auto show like 3 weeks ago....so i don't really know.

Drew, who makes the leathers? Like does the guy who makes the bombers also make the DRs/Varsities or what.

FAIK there's a guy that does the Bombers/Varsities and another guy (or maybe two) that makes everything else. From what I gathered, the Bomber guy is really good from a technical perspective (meticulous, precision work) whereas the DR guy is more artistic/creative. Both have spent a large part of their lives making clothes, so they're undoubtedly good.

Thought about it, but want something a little different. Saw it yesterday at the LA auto show.

Well, since we're already on the subject I've been trying to decide if I should get an A-2 in brown or the MDR in grey and have come to the conclusion that I can't decide, although I'm leaning towards the MDR just because I have enough jackets with ribbed cuffs. Thoughts?

if you already have a conservative jacket that goes with everything (work/play/home) then get the mdr.

Can anybody explain why the QDR hasn't seen more action? I'm going through the gallery right now and I feel like it's definitely one of TOJ's most overlooked pieces. It looks sexy as fuck. Is it because most people think that it's styled a little too aggressively for their tastes?

Thinking about a royal blue QDR (I think I read somewhere earlier on in this thread that someone is purchasing one?), but I'm not sure how versatile the color would be with my wardrobe. A grey lambskin would probably be the safe option...

I like the new VWs, not sure of their reliability though.

I don't like American cars in general, including the Focus. My dislike for them got worse when stupid kids were buying SRT-4s, and putting on VTA BOVs. That, in combination of driving like jerks, equals failure. None of them are aesthetically appealing to me. I would pick a Jetta or Civic over a Focus easily.

RE: QDR...I think it's pretty avant garde, which makes it hard to incorporate into most wardrobe. It is a nice piece no doubt, but not a versatile one.

    SRT-4...:freeze: Gross...

Typically, I don't like American but recently, I'm not digging the styling of Asian cars either (in this price range). Thus far, the new Focus really caught my attention and not much else. I've always liked GTIs, but would have to say I am starting to like the look of the new Focus a bit more. Interior seems nicer, especially with SYNC. I am unsure about the driving experience though. I am even more puzzled how the ST would feel like.

I prefer the Quilted Moto to the QDR. If (when) I get another leather, qmoto is definitely up there in my top picks.

    So nice man

I think the quilting is awesome, but hard to wear, its not really me but plenty of other people could rock it.

Im really thinking about a Collared Moto after my next bomber order, something calf.

The navy calf would look so good on the CM, sorta Jil-ish
