Ha, we haven't even finalized measurements for my girlfriend's jacket and she's already asking when it will be here. It's not good for you, dude; it turns us all into babbling idiots.

Been working in Seoul, burned the midnight oil last night, got a day and a half to put in new designs and make sure the material supply is lined up for Dan. Zippers for the whiskey jackets that we were waiting on (the dyeable zips we use for the colored jackets in general) came in from Japan and now those jackets can move soon.

We have had a ton of orders lately, all at once; we had a pretty light August and September, and it's usually normal for us to come back hard after light sales periods. We're gonna work on getting orders out as fast as we can, we got a lot of hands on deck now -1 person making TOJ1's/Bombers turned into 3 people working together, and the rider's jacket guy was 2 people, now 3. TOJ was 2 people, now 3.

48 without a doubt. I'm 5,9 approx. 155 lbs and my 48 fits tight. Can just close it with a shirt and a thin jcrew sweater underneath. With only a thirst it is fine, tight but fine. These TOJ1 probably fit a size down (so that 48 fits like a 47 leather), maybe even 1,5 size down.

Assuming your arms are not abnormally long or short, how is the sleeve length with the 48?

It really depends. I've been wearing roughly 47 TOJ leathers. Anniversary Harrington and TOJ1 in 48 are way too tight in the arms and chest. I cannot bend my arms over 90deg or get close to crossing my arms. There is no way I can wear a sweater under either of these. I am comfortably wearing a sweater under my 47 leather right now though. Everyone is different.

NYC or Cali? Whoa there is a big difference there. NYC is much more like the mid west than it is Cali

I go out to the shops occasionally and am always blown away by how lightweight coats are from other brands, just no thickness or weight at all. I think they just take the fabric straight from the rolls and sew them up, put a thin lining in them, and call it a day. Even the TOJ1 is heavier than the stuff I've been seeing at normal shops. The TOJ coats obviousy blow them away.
