Can't really speak for Drew, but I'd assume that if refunds will even be given, it won't happen until all the "grey" items are cleared up. I'm not sure they'll be given tho.

Agreed, if refunds are going to happen, they are most likely last priority for Drew.

"grey items" > rest of the orders > refunds

I've never heard of a frozen account where money can go into the scammer's pockets, but not come out. Have you? Has anyone?

Ugh. This would be kinda funny in an unfortunate way. I asked for a refund not because I had buyer's remorse or lost interest in the product. It's because of the wait time greatly exceeding what I was willing to invest in being tied up with an organization/retailer. So my attempt to cut ties is actually prolonging this association. Sigh.

Dude might be a patterning genius, I don't know... But seriously operationally marsupialed/irresponsible. Kinda reminds me of this cute Japanese TV show where they task children to do grown up things like go to the market and get groceries while secretly filming them. Sigh.

I've got ID on a good number of those jackets now, and can begin confirming with their owners. They'll begin shipping today if addresses are clear and the item is a match.

That is great news, but will you be emailing us the confirmation that yes we did indeed get a match? Also how about all the people that are not matching up? What will you be doing with them and with getting their product to them? Are they still being made or altered, or lost?

Hopefully you have a solid plan to inform everyone who has been waiting patiently for information!

As you can tell people check this forum everyday, and some times multiple times in one day, like crazy amounts. Just so that they can get that glimmer of hope that yes, their product that they saved money for long ago has finally surfaced and will one day meet them at their door or post office. I can tell that a lot of the people here don't have a lot of money and are students or just really into fashion.

Please Drew make everyone happy, and proud to wear your product. TOJ.

It looks like that's what's happening now and it's a good thing. There's surprisingly a lot less vitriol than I expected and hopefully, people start getting their jackets soon.

I hope that the lines of communication stay open like this.

@impolyt_one , there's a user on here named @Death24xASecond . He sold his spot at a loss because he couldn't get a refund. If you could literally refund everyone today, at the full amounts they're owed, it would be really, really, really great.
