That's an understatement.

Bad luck if any of the people to whom those jackets belong have sold their spots in the past 6 months, or however long those jackets have been sitting there, as it means that the person who bought the spot won't get a jacket in their size.

Seems like there was a miscommunication between Drew and Charly? It seems Drew was under the expectation orders (changing specifications, selling spots) would full out stop last April. You would put in your order, and wait. He took Charly off the TOJ payroll as he felt his services were no longer needed. But Charly kept going.

For all the exceptional aspects of the TOJ company (and there are many), communication isn't one of them.

He can't if the account is frozen.

I know it shouldn't take much to unfreeze it, but there are tons of horror stories about Paypal out there. Even for accounts holding significant sums of money, they can get needlessly frozen (a single chargeback, money being routed long distance) and it takes months and months for Paypal to even acknowledge it.

Anyway I'm just rumour-mongering and I'm more than happy just to sit tight and wait for the entire story to develop. Hopefully Drew pops back in this thread again.

My account got frozen when I sold like a bunch of stuff for just a couple thousand, and it was a ******* pain ********** to get it up again. Paypal requires you to explain how/why/what and provide evidence of correspondence, etc. If TOJ did take in over a million bucks worth of orders, and with the lack of a proper system, I can't imagine how long it will take Drew with the little time he gets.

Did you read the thread?

I believe that refers to backpacks and small wallets with unsendable addresses. Large wallets have never been sent out and who knows if they were even produced. A status update for those would be nice. @impolyt_one
