1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

James, are you actually a reporter? Your wife (who I'm assuming is Korean) had to give up her citizenship as part of the US naturalization process. People who were born with multiple citizenships (e.g. a child born to two Korean nationals in the US) wouldn't have to do that

Why am I even posting here

    1. Because, as Distorb quoted, Drew himself said he's a dual citizen of the U.S. and Korea.

    2. For all you know, Mr. Melbourne bought your spot from you via Drew. Drew didn't refund you, a gullible buyer did.

    3. Yeah, cuz 14 days is going to solve this problem 2 years of complaining and pleading haven't been able to accomplish yet. Get it through your thick skull, Drew is not just going to up and open up his heart and operations to you. There never was any transparency, even to his own "coworkers" in Charly and Daniel and there never were timely updates. Time to wake the fuck up and realize just because you think things should be a certain way (and no doubt everyone agrees) doesn't mean it's suddenly going to start happening.

    4. Drew isn't reading this. And this "we don't care about anything else other than the above" nonsense is comical. You don't speak for the 60+ other customers who've already jumped on board to upping the ante and progressing with legal claims and strong-arming Paypal for refunds.

@nicelynice I'm Australian as indicated earlier. As stated, Korea does not allow dual citizenship unless that has changed recently. As for me: http://www.koreaobserver.com/author/jameshyams/

As indicated in Wikipedia RE Dual Citizenship:

"Koreans with multiple nationalities who has vowed his/her intention not to exercise his/her foreign nationality in the Republic of Korea. (According to Constitution of the Republic of Korea Chapter II Article 39, male citizens shall have the duty of national defense under the conditions as prescribed by Act."

The rest are either overseas Korean adoptees wanting to return to Korea and have to meet strict conditions or foreign nationals marrying Korean nationals who meet very specific criteria.

This is exceptionally rare. We've been through the migration process twice and even immigration say that Koreans need to give up their nationality and passport if they want to live as an Australian citizen. I presume the same is true for the US.

Anyhow, can we get back to the main topic here please.

Quote:Your comments towards me were unnecessary. I don't think its a coincidence that he use to live in Australia and my refund happens to come from there. My refund came with reimbursement for shipping the jacket back to Dan, so this guy would have paid higher than than the retail. It is possible but i'm just saying its worth looking into.

Exactly. I only just found out and left. And all the while before that, Daniel and I were kept being told to not worry because he'd pay for the jackets to be made at a faster pace and that we'd be paid. Neither of which were true. We were told the TOJ and the restaurant money were not linked. The only thing Daniel and I might be guilty for is being naive.

What else is there to tell besides Daniel and I feel conned just like the rest of you do?

This is true. I still feel like with all the assholes jumping to conclusions, i needed to say something.

    Read above.

Again with the fucking assumptions lol. I can assure that that's everyone's real name. You can even friend me in Facebook if you want.
