1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Don't mean to stir anything up, but for those of you who paid with a credit card who are waiting months for a refund: why not just request a chargeback from your credit card provider? It would speed things along greatly, methinks.

because people would rather bitch endlessly than actually do anything productive.

Because I believe that most people in this thread want the item they paid for more than just their money back. I thought that was obvious since almost all of us in this situation are past the year mark.

You might be one of the most obnoxious posters on this entire forum.

I blocked him a long time ago. But when others quote him, it defeats the purpose :\

    Sorry.

StyFo needs a second-level block option. I had him on block as well, but couldn't resist clicking "Click to show."

    Editing to add:

Someone just PM'd this to me. Sorry, but have to post cause it's funny

if you have multiple different jackets in queue, are they shipped as they are completed, or together?

usually as they are completed since all jacket prices already include shipping fees.

Because if you tally all your posts in this thread it amounts to 3 pages of material.

That means over the course of the last year I've had to click the "next" page button 3 times more than were necessary.

How does the blocking here in StyFo work? You don't see the posts from the person you blocked and they can't seer yours as well?

Once you block someone, you have to go through the effort of clicking your mouse and then getting annoyed, rather than just reading through and getting annoyed.

Nah it just basically puts their posts in a "spoiler". But if they're the last to reply you'll see it on your subscribed page at least for the mobile site and if someone else quotes them you'll see as well.

90% sure they see your posts unaffected

90% of your posts are unaffected, but the other 10% show up as one of @skeen7908's posts, just to annoy your blocked user.

tried some riders on for reference in a store and ended up with 20.5" front and 25.5" sleeves

I thought it looked alright, but does that seem too much still?

I know it's ultimately up to me and blah blah, but I'm an obsessive person

20.5 is good for your jacket body length.

Er to be fair this thread and the whole refund fiasco, especially since TOJ has a lot of customers on Styleforum, has become a laughingstock across quite a few fashion forums.
