1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

it is common sense, but he generally doesn't reply. When I let him know I changed my address, I never got a reply. I resent him the email 2 or 3 (in the span of about aweek)times asking if he can confirm receiving it. He never did. That's when I asked him in this thread about replying and he said that if I sent , he received it.

    100% makes sense though

Also, he is a cigarette smoker, so we know he has the low impulse control/dopamine craving personality

I think it is not an unreasonable explanation

    Yup, I got a confirmation.

But I'm really not mad at all. I understand why the mixup could have happened. The subject of the email thread was "CWU 54", pretty confusing if you didn't read the thread. And I originally wanted the CWU 45. Not mad.

ya but it consolidates the risk of the rest of our orders being mixed up.

Mixed feelings. On the one hand, it's sad to see that changes in orders were not honoured (I changed jacket style twice). On the other hand, I haven't seen that many jackets going out in a long, long time, even though we all would like to see many more.

Also glad to see some serious debate about jackets and jacket makers and not the usual jokes.

everyone has already told you that a jacket with 18" front for someone of your height will be laughably short and look like a girl's jacket. just measure a jacket you own that fits well, most likely it will be around ~20" front. i'm 5'9" and anything shorter than 21.5" looks weird.

Masshi just promise no matter what, you'll post a fit pic when your 18" front length jacket comes in the mail...

(If TOJ even gets the measurements right in the first place)

He stalks his customers' girlfriends by following them on instagram so we also know he has had a conflictual relationship with his mother and insufficient love in the early stages of childhood which translates in his inaptitude as an adult to clearly identify whether "toj calf leather" would be smooth or pebbled.
