1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Then he shouldn't have opened the stupid restaurant until his first longstanding financial venture was completed

I love the jackets. I really do. I just think the way they run the business is a a shame. THIS didnt have to happen. I'm being reasonable when I say that.

I'll make it easy for Drew and Charly,

Here's what you need to have a satisfactory response given all the crappy choices that have been made.

    1) Apologize for the delays and lack of communication without making excuses
    2) Commit to active communication about how production is going and answer questions honestly (no more your jacket is ready to ship but you can still change your measurements)
    3) Disclose how many orders are pending and the rate they will be made and how often they will be shipped including if wait times are going to stabilize or if they're going to get longer.
    4) If people are not satisfied with the timeline offer them the choice of selling their spot or a REAL refund.
    5) Explain what happened the past few months with production, were workers sitting on their asses because you didn't have zippers?

Or if you're so burnt out give everyone their money back and close up shop.

I am not making an excuse, just giving an explanation. Doing mtm/mto for a young (and most of his customers are young) internet savvy audience is stressful. I've seen a lot of people overextended and burnt out in the past dozen of years or so. A fair number have just packed up shop and left town.

I don't see Drew having that personality, but at the same time, dragging yourself to do something for which you are not passionate about anymore, while being bombarded online, justifiably or not, is a grind.

Understand that, and proceed from there. Understanding someone else's situation is the beginning of good management.

I am generally uninterested in revisiting the past, just in solving problems.

When the man flaunts his wealth brought to him by the customers he's ignoring it's hard to sympathize with his burn out, particularly as his updates are pretty much let them eat cake.

I don't see how understanding drew's situation will help me get my jacket on time.

The dude doesn't care about me and he has my money and my product.

The only reason he's planning to give a response is that many of his customers are angry with him, the last time jackets came there was a reprieve and people gave him the benefit of the doubt, which he didn't do jack with.

I'm not his life coach or his therapist. I'm his customer. I've done my part of the transaction.
