1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Are we through with June/Early July orders? It feels like we've been on June/July orders this whole year.

When one is at the front of the queue, how long does the cycle take until the jacket is actually delivered?

I've seen two variations of the MDR in galleries, one has cuffed sleeves and vertical waist pockets, the other has no cuffs and slanted pockets.

Does anyone know if these are two separate models/years or is it likely that one variation was just an design request from the buyer?

Oh so the 4 zip is the one with vertical pockets?

It looks sweet, I quite like the slanted pockets though as it means you can easily walk with hands in there.

Seeing as how it's been 13 months for me, I doubt Paypal will do anything.

I guess I could call up Mastercard to raise them some hell if needed.

Or you could just sell your spots for what you paid for?

Of course, but I'm not going to be doing any of those things.

Bags and wallets so far out of the estimate is really ridiculous. Something like "oh, we had way too much demand, and thus the ETA will be extended to xx/xx" would be great. It just feels like they're taking the money and running at this point.

i don't really care when i get my backpack but not addressing the issue at all for a customer base you know you're more or less torturing has to be a pretty bad look by any standard

I just think its really weak to go "oh, its a separate entity from the jackets so they will be on a shortened production length" and then be delayed with zero explanation

I've tried to email TOJ/charley regarding an update on the backpacks/wallets a couple of times. No reply. Never even got a comfirmatiin email when I sent the money back in early April. Doesn't really make you feel acknowledged, let alone appreciated, as a customer.

Normally, I would just wait it out, but seeing as how they're still stuck at June 2013 orders with monthes between each new batch going out, something doesn't feel right. When we get near the 6 month day of the wallet payment, it might be necessary to pull the paypal handbrake.

How many years it took? I wouldn't expect anything less than a year. Great thread to follow. :)
