1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Thanks for all the helpful replies in regards to sizing. Was considering buying one on the marketplace, that's why I asked.

Hmm interesting to see the 50 recommendations..

I'm pretty much same build as you maybe 5~10lbs lighter slightly smaller chest by a few inches (been packing some muscle weight lately though) and Charly recommended 48 with 46 lengths for me. Ordered in Jan

I'm also 5'8 and 160 and have a DR with 48/47 measurements fits good every where except tight shoulders and longish sleeves, fits best when I'm down to 150 but still tight in the shoulders. Unfortunately I missed the cutoff and didn't get to go for a 50/46 just so I can layer comfortably.

I woke up to a pleasant surprise this morning. My black A2 bomber that I ordered early July 2013 arrived. I didn't receive tracking.

If Jesus loves me then I'll get my 2013DR from nearly 13 months ago before July is over. [IMG]

Do the jackets get shipped with duty pre-paid? Or are you guys having to pay duties on them when you get them? I imagine it could add up to a couple hundred.

    It's marked with low value.

I had 2 jackets in the same shipment before marked at 30

I think there's only like one or two guys who actually got hit with fees

people who had to pay for import duties or taxes are mainly located in Europe. So we will see if I will be lucky enough to get thru without paying extra money.

Living I Denmark that makes me quite nervous about my daypack, as they charge ridiculously much and are usually pretty strict.

all packages outside EEA will get stuck in the customs. when you get the customs notification just report the same value as the package has been marked and it should go through without problems.

How do you know what the marked value of the package is? Or do they show it to you first?
Anyways, 30 USD is still about 60-100$ in import taxes, but I guess that's to be expected.
