1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Good read. I'm actually really surprised all that has happened to lead up to TOJ even happened. Random guys who have only known each other over the internet actually got together, flew to another country and started making a business out of hater proof clothing. [IMG]

Very nice read, I'm surprises that they're focusing so much on the restaurant when they make some of the best leather jackets...I mean, there are soooo many good restaurants, the options are endless, but only a few good leather jacket sources. You'd think they'd maximize on that

Almost everyone in the forum are pretty nice when you talk with them one-on-one.

Nah, I'm sure Distorbiant is a nice guy. At least he's well informed and quick on the gun when someone asks a question.

I have a question regarding the moto's. I find that they look more aesthetically appealing when the collar spreads apart at the top like so on the left as opposed to laying flat:

    http://toj-gallery.com/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=12177&g2_serialNumber=3

Yet I can't find a way to make it stay that way. I'm aware leather has some memory so I tried molding it by clipping it down with binder clips for long periods of time with no avai. Any suggestions?

People have molded the collar by wetting it and shaping it. You might want to ask clark kent, aeglus, or bear jew (person in the pic you posted) for advice.

    Drew's advice:
"The jacket should stretch a little. Don't expect massive stretching everywhere though, depends on the area getting tension.
To mold the collar, soak the jacket kind of quickly and then as it dries, you can hand mold it gently. That's all it takes."

Because I would inevitably fuck it up, does he mean soak for like 15-30 seconds?
