1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I asked Charly about FQHH before I ordered a few days ago and was told it was no longer available (in any colour). Enjoy yours (and maybe post a pic?)

Just received my MA-1. I'll spare everyone the repetative, "THE LAMB IS BUTTERY SOFT" (it is)" and just leave it at this - WOW.

I bitched and moaned about the wait time but now that it's here it was worth the wait no questions asked.

I'll post pics tomorrow when there's some natural light.

    :slayer:

edit: It's true - leather makes you 100x cooler. I've pretty much been parading around my place with this thing on since I got home.

Waiting on a varsity ordered in August. Anyone ordered around the same time and got it yet?

Doubt it. I ordered an A2 in august and I'm looking to get it mid to late Feb.

Thinking of selling my new black CWU-45...how much do these usually end up selling on B&S?

I guess they are different... but not to the extent that the A-2 and MDR would be. I think what I meant by this is that the A-2 is wearable for more seasons than the CM, whereas the CM and MDR are pretty much synonymous in the way/season that you wear them.

What seasons are the CM/MDR for?

Well I figure with the bomber you can layer a sweater under and get some use out of in Winter. CM/MDR are basically fall and spring it seems.

Not really. None of the leathers are more seasonal than another, though I guess the removable collar on the bomber makes it look a little more winter-y. I can actually layer better under my mdr than my bomber since the lamb of the mdr has more give/stretch than the calf of the bomber.

On their own, yeah, that seems reasonable. But...
...I like this, and had hoped for this sort of wear when I decided to go for the MDR. It always looked like it could easily be part of a layered look well into winter (at some point, of course, screw fashion and bring out the puffy jackets).
