We all have a holy grail.
I'm glad you've gotten over your thing with N-3Bs
Any estimates on pricing and when that can be ordered?
You could just discuss this with your local furrier/leather dealer. They can probably offer you a much larger range of colors and furs anyways, and probably hook you up with a specialist who can work with the existing hardware on your DR to make the fur wearable.
I'm not against a fur DR, but I think that you can resolve this on your own without waiting for a new design.
I'm looking at photos on the TOJ Gallery, and the sleeves end at different areas (some at the wrist, some just past the wrist, and some to the beginning of the thumb).
Where should the sleeves on a leather jacket end?
The same for the bottom of the jacket. Where should that end? At the hips?
It's all personal preference.
Nah, I know. There's a famous furrier in brooklyn I'm going to hit up at some point in the near future. I just think it would be epic to have toj do it is all.
same man, hoping its soon as I want to get a FQHH jacket now but need to get sizing down. Also trying to decide if I want to be spending $800 on jackets or on shoes.
Which leather(s) would be best for a spring/summer jacket?
You guys have got me into leather.
Now I Just have to decide... Double Rider or Minimalist Double Rider? And Silver or Black Hardware. Hmmm.
I would say lamb suede.
I never get comments on what I wear anymore, I only get "ohhhh....... cute dog".
Also any updates on some more quilt.
Personaly MDR also as previously stated 4-zip is king and silver zips > black
I really like the Double Rider but I feel that it only works for certain types of people (I would not be able to pull it off). For those who have it do you feel self conscious when wearing it?
I think too many people psych themselves out about the DR. It's really not that hard to wear. DR+tee+jeans+sneakers/boots. I was a little bit unsure when I ordered mine, but once you put it on and look at yourself and start getting compliments from people it starts to feel natural.
