1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

New to styleforum, but hoping to break in soon. Just confirmed payment for a Navy and Sand Tan Toj0. And so my wait begins, but I'm extremely excited.

You can buy things from somewhere like dealextreme and while sometimes it is slow (although that seems more like processing on their part), it always amazes me that they can sell you a physical product and ship it to the other side of the world for less money than it would cost me to send a letter back to china.

I guess that's one way to prevent returns "Yeah, just send it back in the original packaging to this address (which we have only provided in symbols)"

Can't budget it right now. These grey viberg scouts are holding down the fort. Thinking maybe I'll resort to Dayton's if they give me a coupon down the road.

Wow, it's only been 12 hours since Sally's email, and according to EMS tracking, my order has already arrived in New york; that is crazy fast.

They're the HAVEN model, Viberg also has a grey scout boot up on their own site, but there are some different features. 8-eyelet vs. 6, structures cap toe vs unstructured, different vamp. They're really, really great though. Once I tried them on in store I was HOOKED.

Do it, I think it would look awesome.

Though I'm biased towards Single needle diamond quilt on lamb and Channel quilt on the suede.

So I'm thinking about placing in a double order, Band Collar Double Rider (all blacked out, black lambskin, with either single or double needle diamond quilting), and a quilted BCDR for my wife. Does anyone have closeups comparing single vs. double needle quilting?

Hoping to place order near the end of November, but of course, no idea if ToJ will still be around...

I just might! It's really tempting but not sure if I can pull it off..

Anyone with a sherwood calf suede BCDR can help out? Would you recommend a double needle diamond quilt or a channel quilt on the sherwood BCDR?

Also, has anyone seen a dark blue calfskin in any model at all? What's the shade like?

They're not close-ups, but check the TOJ gallery and you should get a fairly good idea of the differences.

Waited 5 months, sent wrong size.
Waited another few weeks and it's too small even though i'm p2p 20 in everything else.
I suppose it's nobodys fault but it's a weird fit to me.

    It's a 46 chest with 44 lengths. 20 inch p2p.

I will probably sell if anyone is interested?
