1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I've had my winter varsity for like two years and there's really no pilling so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I've wanted one of these jackets for about a year now, thinking about picking one up. I'm just worried I wont get it until it starts warming up. Also, I have been working out for the past year and plan to keep doing so, so there is the sizing. I don't think I will be getting a lot bigger, just not sure if gaining some mass will heavily affect the jacket, even if I size a tad bit up ahead of time.
    What do you guys think?

I'd expect a 6-month wait time if I were you. As far as the weight gains, you would know your circumstances better than we do, but if you plan on continue to get bigger, I'd probs lay off. Thing with sizing up is that if things don't work out you have an ill-fitted jacket and well, yeah.

Yeah that's true, thanks for the input. I sent an email, so I'll hopefully hear from him soon. It would be nice to know around when the cut off day will be, since there is no reason being in a rush to order it since I wont get it in time to even wear it.

Thanks for the help, will keep coming back here to checkup on stuff, maybe it will help me make up my mind.

Girlfriend texts me this morning, says she wants a leather jacket. Loves the 2010 GFDR. :fistbump: it's still available, right?

(Not looking forward to telling her the lead time on it though)

Defs looks like a SL. Here's another pic of a SL DR with no belt. (Also since Hedi designed most of Dior Hommes leathers and SL's new leathers it gets confusing)

These posts are making me reconsider switching from an MDR to a 2013 DR :/

IMO the 2013 DR is really underrated. IronKnochs fit is perfect.

Totally depends on your style, 2013 takes a bit more agressive wardrobe and comfort in wearing clothes that'll get you stares/comments, whereas the MDR is relatively innocuous and easier to work into a more basic wardrobe (jeans, tees, sneaks, etc)

Where would you gauge the QDR and DR2010 on that spectrum?
